Jessica Simpson and Ashlee Simpson Wentz go out for a late night dinner at Katsuya restaurant in Hollywood, California.
Despite her recent break-up with Tony Romo, Jess looked perfectly happy to be out and about and among friends.
It could also be that Jess is smiling because she's about to add to her mega-retail empire with a new line of lingerie which just launched last week in New York.
Jess says, "My intimates are feminine and sweet with just a hint of fun. My lingerie reflects the way I'm feeling when I wake up and helps me set the tone for my day."
Hmm, don't wear any granny panties then...

Do we have a diva on our hands?
Jessica Simpson is said to have angered producers of her new TV show,
The Price of Beauty.
It reportedly costs production $25,000 PER EPISODE for Jess to be camera ready!
WTH costs $25k per episode??
An insider revealed, "To get her [Jessica] camera-ready each episode will cost us $25,000."
On the flipside, Jessica's spokesperson said, "A budget was approved when the deal was made. All parties were satisfied."
That's a lot of freaking hairspray and hair weaves....

Jessica Simpson has decided the best way to get back at ex-boyfriend Tony Romo for dumping her is to hit the gym.
The 29-year-old singer split with Tony when he dumped her the day before her 29th birthday.
A friend of the star's has now claimed Jessica is throwing her efforts at losing weight and working out.
Jessica was recently spotted visiting celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak's fitness center in West Hollywood.

Not quite..but Tony Romo has gone on the defense
and instructed his security to keep his ex-girlfriend Jessica Simpson out of his gated community
A sign at the entrance reportedly says:
"RED ALERT!!! TONY ROMO HAS MADE SOME CHANGES TO HIS LIST OF PEOPLE ALLOWED IN... JESSICA IS NO LONGER ON THE LIST AND NOT APPROVED FOR ACCESS"
Adding salt to an open wound, Jess reportedly
has spent $19,000 shipping 37 boxes of her belongings from Dallas to Los Angeles.
Talk about a bad break-up, huh?
