It just hasn't been a good week for Tom Cruise.

First, former co-star Bronson Pinchot let loose calling Cruise "a bore" and accused him of making "constant unrelated homophobic comments."

And now, Alec Baldwin is blaming him for the disproportionate salaries between Hollywood's leading men and women.

"I believe we can balance the scales if Tom Cruise would lower his quote by a mere $29 million."

Adding:

 "I realize this may be a bit unfair since he's not here to defend himself and I really don't want to put this all on one man, but if I had to, that man would be Tom Cruise..."

And what about you, Mr. Baldwin??

Will you be taking any pay cuts to help the gals out?

"I assure you my salary would not make a difference. My annual salary is the budget for Altoids on one of Tom's movies."
